The Company installs HVAC and plumbing products, specializing in multifamily properties. They currently serve a base of 60+ institutional property ownership groups that control thousands of properties. They act as prime contractor managing the full project life cycle from program enrollment in long standing utility funded retrofit programs to site audits through installation and continuing administration. Users are now also enrolling in maintenance contracts which will build to a multimillion-dollar recurring income very rapidly. There is no significant customer concentration.

The Company has high forward revenue visibility of 30+ million for 2026 with over 250 sites secured. Utility programs for 2026-2030 are also secured. Long term growth extension is promising via strategic co-marketing with a national distribution partner. The co-owners are planning to retire after 25+ years of building the company and willing stay up to a year.
