The Company was founded in 2017 by a visionary owner who has expanded the trucking fleet to 50 and the personnel to 45. They provide hauling services such as asphalt for paving, construction hauling, snow removal, residential delivery of materials, equipment moving and demolition hauling. Customers are commercial businesses, the state department of transportation, contactors and residential homeowners.
Included in sale of all the assets are the 50 trucks, half of which have been purchased in the 2024 to 2026 period. The fleet also includes service trucks, trailers, and small trucks. The Company estimates the fair market value of all the equipment at $8,337,000. The management team consists of the Operations Manager, Central Dispatcher, Service mechanic, and Office Manager. The owner is willing to remain available for the buyer as mutually agreed.
