The Company has decades of experience servicing municipalities throughout the state of Florida and specializes in wastewater treatment facility construction and facility retrofitting/rehabilitation (inclusive of lift stations). Spanning multiple counties within the state, its workforce is tenured and its projects are reliably completed, leading to more contracts/renewals. The Company’s contracts with counties and cities are multi-year, and it has nearly $40m of committed projects/work in queue. Expansion to multiple other municipalities and major cities can provide additional growth engine with adequate capital injection to pursue such. Real estate is available for lease or purchase.

Management will remain for an agreed upon transition period post-closing.
