Company has established a growing business within the Oil & Gas sector related to diversified services such as  pipe recovery, providing cranes on-site, open well plugging and more. Clients include oilfield companies as well as government-related entities. Additionally, it has well-established relationships with its key suppliers. Company also has a survey-focused division which advertises nationally, operating across the United States, and serves a variety of clients including various state/municipal government agencies and contractors.

Company has continued refining and managing its operational costs with building blocks in place to scale operations given proper additional personnel and capital resources.

Key management is willing to remain post-Closing for up to two years in addition to retaining a minority stake.
