This is primarily a non-medical senior home health care company with headquarters on the east coast with territories and franchise locations throughout the country and primarily on the east coast. Currently the Company operates through 14 franchises and 7 corporate owned territories. The firm provides certified nursing assistants and home health aides to assist care recipients in their homes from 4 hours to 24 hours a day, along with a “live-in” service tailored to the specific needs of each recipient.

Many of the Company’s care recipients are at a stage when they are beginning to need help at home for the first time. Others are more advanced in age and dependent on continuous assistance. With their substantial contract staff of Certified Nursing Assistants (CANs), Home Aides (HHAs) and Registered Nurses (RNs), the Company assists their care recipients with activities of daily living.
The vast majority of the Company’s business is non-medical and private pay, with approximately 65% billed direct to the care recipient or their family and 25& billed to private insurance, and 10% billed to government agencies as the VA. The firm does no Medicare / Medicaid business.
