They’ve earned a rank via BuildZoom in the 93rd percentile of all Florida contractors. VP has full responsibility managing the business currently-knows all customers. Operating leverage has consistently improved with demand/reputation.
The operating company comes equipped with a significant book of FF&E/equipment. Full staffing with many years in the industry and many relationships of all types will remain. Owner is retiring but will assist and is open to buyer needs to transition smoothly.
